i ate so bad yesterday. i didnt even keep track. but todays another day.
Add 1/4 cup of oats, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of flour, 1 egg white, 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon to a microwave safe bowl. Mix all ingredients together and flatten. Microwave for 30-60 seconds and enjoy!
