Add 1/4 cup of oats, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of flour, 1 egg white, 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon to a microwave safe bowl. Mix all ingredients together and flatten. Microwave for 30-60 seconds and enjoy!

okay you guys so im posting what i ate yesterday today.
So im really not happy with yesterday because i had a couple parties to go to, and we all know what happens a parties. Bad food and bad drinks.And i only had about 4 glasses of water so thats bad too.
so i had the same thing for breakfast as i did the day before which was 243 calories.
and for lunch I had a meat sandwich on a white roll with a slice of colby jack cheese. The sandwich itself wasn’t a horrible thing to eat but then I had to go and add an arizona (it was smaller than the regular though, like a regular coke can) which was 140 calories + a caprisun fruit punch which was 70 calories. So in total, I had added over 200 unecessary calories to my meal.
For dinner, well i didnt even have dinner I had 3/4 a can of root beer and 1/2 a can of dr. pepper, again, adding over 200 calories in drink that i didn’t need to have. But it got even better, because then I had a s’more which we all know is soo not healthy, the one that i had was about 242 calories. Then I had a slice of oreo ice cream cake which was 330 calories.
so in total Ive had 1,525 calories added up.
415.5 calories in drinks.
and I ate 987.5 calories in unhealthy food.
